David R. Blouin is a Certified Public Accountant and the President and founder of Blouin & Company, Inc., a financial / business management firm specializing in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their families. Mr. Blouin’s firm provides “Family Office” and “Personal CFO” services to a number of successful and prominent individuals and their families, including business owners and CEOs, professional athletes high-profile individuals in the entertainment and media industries.
Mr. Blouin began his career in 1984 with the international accounting and consulting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Blouin worked in the technology division of this “Big Five” firm from 1984 through 1995 where he progressed to the level of Senior Manager. Mr. Blouin provided audit and consulting services to numerous companies, and worked closely with senior management of these companies from incorporation and business planning through VC funding and IPOs. From 1995 through 1999 Mr. Blouin worked as a senior executive in the Boston office of Provident Financial Management, a national business management firm specializing in the entertainment and sports industries.
Mr. Blouin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and his Associates in Science Degree in Management from Bentley College in 1984. Mr. Blouin has served as the Treasurer of the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, Inc. since the year 2000. Mr. Blouin also serves as Treasurer and Board member of the Newton Schools Foundation.

Bob Cinelli is a Senior Client Manager at Blouin & Company where he has worked since 2002. Bob is responsible for managing the relationships of several major clients on a daily basis, including all accounting and business management services for those clients. Prior to joining Blouin & Company, Bob was a Client Manager at Provident Financial Management, a national business management firm with offices in five US cities. Although Bob works with a number of affluent families, he has also developed an expertise within the entertainment and sports industries. Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University in 1992.
Karen Lopez joined Blouin & Company in 2001 and as a Client Manager she is responsible for the day-to day accounting and family office management services of several of the firm's successful families, professional athletes, and entertainers. In addition, Karen has developed an expertise in the area of Family Foundation accounting and management, and business accounting and HR solutions. Prior to joining Blouin & Company, Karen worked for eight years in the accounting department of the Massachusetts Laborers' Benefit Funds. Karen holds an Associates degree in accounting from Massachusetts Bay Community College and she completed the Business Management Program at Bentley College.
Teresa Dolan joined Blouin & Company in 2015 and as an Assistant Client Manager she is responsible for the day-to day accounting and family office management services of several of the firm's high net worth clients. Prior to joining Blouin & Company, Teresa was an Accountant for Fidelity Investments. Teresa received a degree in Accounting from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
